The Event Management team help us provide absolutely everything so you can rest assured knowing everything is in hand!

Venue Hire & Handling
We have a large list of excellent Venues to hire that we work with regularly.
We can organise the venue requirements, risk assessments and set up of events with Venues you can rely on to provide a cohesive service.
What we provide:
Venue booking
Venue Contract
Venue Visit prior to the event
Venue safety and practice standards
Risk assessments
First aid and fire safety
Full Set up
Full Set Down
Cleaning the venue before and after your event
Providing Bins and Cleaning products
Pick up, drop off and handling of Keys
Liasing with Venue owner ​
Venue Hire & Handling costs:
3 Hours £300
4Hours £380
5 Hours £400
6 Hours £480
7 Hours £500
8 Hours £700 - please note not all venues allow for this amount of time.
Please note we require a minimum of 1 hour to set up all decorations, catering, Entertainement packages and Soft play, bouncy castles and furniture.
We require a minimum of 1 Hour to clean the venue after your event whilst NO GUESTS are in the building, Therefore you must book a minimum of 4 hours if you require more than one of our services.
If you do not require us to set up anything before your event this will take 1 hour off your total amount of time required.
