Deb Benchley - Decor & Styling Services

Deb Benchley Is known for her impeccable Styling services, Owner of Chic Tea events, she goes above and beyond to ensure your event, wedding, party or celebration looks just as extravagant as the idea you have envisioned. Any theme, colour scheme or styling is possible!
Balloon arches, Backdrops, Giant light up letters, Table cloths, Runners, centre pieces, Furniture, soft furnishings and more!

Playdates - Catering and Food

Alice & Grace of Playdates Offer excellent, delicious Lunches and Hot food options, along with Custom made cookies and cupcakes.
They are affordable and can cater to any theme. They have excellent dietry options including Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan or safe food Friendly options for those with additional needs, no idea is too grand!

Colin Phelps - Photography & Filmography

Colin Phelps of Outbox media provides brilliant photography, filmography and is a fantastic prop and custom party favour maker.
Every Princess Academy Craft, Uniform and prop is made exclusively for us By Colin, Princess Academy Merchandise that we sell, use at events and provide for hire is all made by Colin who is in charge of making every finer detail fit with our brand and your event!

Bexi - Bespoke Dress making

Custom Dress making for your little ones special day is available and hand made by the very talented Bexi who is our dress maker and responsible for every costume, wig and overall look of each of our Characters.
Your child can look just as magical in their own bespoke gown fit for any theme or style of event and can be gifted before or during our live shows by our Character performers.

Venue Hire & Handling

We have a large list of excellent Venues to hire that we work with regularly.
We can organise the venue requirements, risk assessments and set up of events with Venues you can rely on to provide a cohesive service.

What we provide:
Venue booking
Venue Contract
Venue Visit prior to the event
Venue safety and practice standards
Risk assessments
First aid and fire safety
Full Set up
Full Set Down
Cleaning the venue before and after your event
Providing Bins and Cleaning products
Pick up, drop off and handling of Keys
Liasing with Venue owner

Venue Hire & Handling costs:
3 Hours £300
4Hours £380
5 Hours £400
6 Hours £480
7 Hours £500
8 Hours £700 - please note not all venues allow for this amount of time.

Please note we require a minimum of 1 hour to set up all decorations, catering, Entertainement packages and Soft play, bouncy castles and furniture.
We require a minimum of 1 Hour to clean the venue after your event whilst NO GUESTS are in the building, Therefore you must book a minimum of 4 hours if you require more than one of our services.
If you do not require us to set up anything before your event this will take 1 hour off your total amount of time required.
